Cancellation:

  • Booking bonuses granted at the time of booking a hotel with us like airport pickup, shuttle services during your stay, free breakfast etc. are subject to change with the availability and are controlled by the Hotel authority directly.
  • No-Show is when you fail to show up to check-in for your reservation without prior notification. If you are not going to check in for your reservation you will need to contact the hotel directly. You can also lose your money paid in a prepaid booking.
  • Changes to the dates of booking or any kind of modifications to the reservations already made are subjected to fees based on the Hotel’s policy.

Refund:

  • All the cancellations that are made within 72-hours of the booking are only eligible for the refund.
  • We refund the amount to the same account from which the booking was made.
  • In case of another method of payment, the refund will be issued in the Cheque.
  • It takes around 10-15 days for the refund process to be completed.
  • Banks will take some extra days for the amount to be reflected on the bank statement of your account.
  • Sometimes, it may take around 60-90 days for the refund to be processed and reflected on the bank account statement.
  • We do not refund the service charge, except in the case of full refund.
